Added a change log of recent changes.
Added a graph view that draws one line per table row, so overlapping or kinked rows are easy to spot. (#15)
Fixed the 3D table view so it fits better and rotates correctly.
Changed the Status page to compare the running version with the available one, and limited update notices to when not connected to an ECU. (#14)
Changed each tuning table to reopen in the view it was last shown in: 2D, 3D or Graph.
Changed table touch gestures: tap or drag to select in 2D and Graph, long-press then drag to select in 3D, and a two-finger pinch to zoom the 3D view. (#15)
Added a global choice between perspective and orthographic projection for the 3D table view. (#16)

Fixed changed pages being lost after a reconnect with the diff dialog showing the outstanding data.

Fixed INI conditionals so they evaluate typed settings correctly.
